1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the okpey online casino platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, customer support, and any other features or content made available through okpey.net (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players and visitors.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information you provide to okpey is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the okpey Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling. okpey strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification during the registration process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okpey or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of okpey, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

okpey reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on okpey, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active okpey account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpey login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. okpey will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify okpey immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. okpey shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): okpey is required by law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

okpey supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your okpey account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected. okpey aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your okpey account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. okpey complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
• Fees: okpey does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which okpey bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okpey offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. okpey reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay – will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses and promotional credits expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• Modification: okpey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one okpey account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okpey staff or other players;
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the okpey Platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements – is the exclusive property of okpey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okpey.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

okpey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Responsible Gaming

okpey is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a defined period of play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

okpey strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in compliance with Philippine law. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okpey does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okpey makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, okpey's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall okpey's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okpey account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination & Account Closure

okpey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting okpey support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okpey Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact okpey's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okpey will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

okpey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okpey will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
